Born in Texas, Douglas Jaffe III, CEO of Horseshoe Bay Resort and Horseshoe Bay Resort Realty. Jaffe’s vision includes continuing to lead Horseshoe Bay Resort on the path to becoming a world-class resort destination offering nothing less than exceptional standards of architecture, design, quality, service and elegance. With his passion for the success of the Resort, Jaffe brings a fresh perspective and unparalleled determination, as well as many innovative ideas. He also believes the Resort and Resort Realty have a special obligation to do their part to protect the environment that is central to the experience provided to property owners and guests.
With a dedicated team of carefully chosen associates at both Horseshoe Bay Resort and Resort Realty, Jaffe strives to turn his vision into a reality that enhances the lifestyle of the entire community for residents and visitors alike.
Douglas Jaffe, III continually gives back to the community through involvement with charitable and educational organizations. Jaffe also recently launched the Kenny Lee May Foundation, in honor of a past employee and friend, with funds dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children in the Central Texas area.

Ron Lynn Mitchell
Director and CEO, Horseshoe Bay Development, Inc.
Vice Chairman, Horseshoe Bay Resort
Mitchell is a veteran community developer with over 30-years experience in the real estate development business and political leadership in Texas. In his role as Vice Chairman, Mitchell is responsible for ensuring Horseshoe Bay Resort and Resort Realty’s developments are in compliance with local laws and regulations. Mitchell works closely with developers and builders through the entitlement, planning, design, and zoning process.
Mitchell has been with Horseshoe Bay Resort since its inception in 1974 and previously held positions as President and COO , General Manager, and Director of Marketing/Membership & Sales.
Mitchell earned his BS at Texas State University and attended graduate business courses at the University of Texas. Active in a large number of community and industrial organizations as a Board Member, Director, Officer or volunteer, Mitchell has received recognition and awards from several chambers of commerce, service, educational and government organizations.

AGENTS
Mike Gordon
Mike received an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and earned his Master's degree from Florida State University. Mike serves as the Director of Horseshoe Bay Resort Realty and is the Broker of Record.
He has been a Horseshoe Bay Resort Member and a licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor since 1981. He says it is a distinct pleasure to provide professional real estate services to guests staying at Horseshoe Bay Resort, as well as to represent our honored Horseshoe Bay Resort property owners.

Lynn Aldridge
Lynn attended Texas Tech University and Marshall University. A resident of Horseshoe Bay for 21 years, Lynn has been a dedicated Realtor for 19 years. Pairing her experience and understanding of the market with her desire to find the right property for each person has made her a multi-million dollar producer. Her enthusiasm for and experience with this area make her a natural when working with clients who are looking to buy or sell here.
Patti Cohen
Patti Cohen earned her college degree and post graduate work in the field of education. After 4 years of teaching, she went to work in new home sales and construction. Since 1982 she has worked in many areas of the Real Estate industry, including mortgage lending, land acquisition, community development, market analysis in numerous states including Texas, floor plan and architectural design, model home marketing, sales training and marketing.
Caring about people and attention to detail are important aspects of the kind of real estate professional Patti represents. Her passion is assisting people in making sound decisions while purchasing or selling properties.
Jason & Leslie Coleman
Jason & Leslie are both third generation Real Estate Professionals with 17 years of combined experience. Jason has a BS in Business Administration from BIOLA University in Southern California. Leslie has a Culinary Arts degree from Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, South Carolina.
Both were born and raised in Austin and migrated to Horseshoe Bay with the idea of providing a fresh Real Estate experience to the community. Jason worked for the premier Hill Country and waterfront builder for 2 years before joining Leslie in residential Real Estate sales.
As a team, they have sold the most multi-million dollar listings in HSB. Jason & Leslie have a firm grasp of the high-end resort marketplace and provide outstanding professional Real Estate services to their clientele.
Lisa Culp
Lisa moved to Horseshoe Bay five years ago from Memphis, Tennessee. She has over twenty years experience in customer service related professions including banking, furniture sales and as a flight attendant for Northwest Airlines.
Lisa’s desire is for her clients to have the best real estate experience possible. She goes out of her way to make sure every detail is taken care of with honesty and professionalism. Lisa considers it a great honor that many of her new clients are referrals from existing clients.
Trey Franklin
Trey is a native of the area and has resided in Horseshoe Bay for over 20 years. After several years as the head golf professional at Slick Rock and later Ram Rock and Applerock golf courses, he joined the Horseshoe Bay Resort Realty team in 2001.
With a degree in Real Estate Finance from Texas Tech University and his experience in and knowledge of the area, Trey is an excellent asset to the Resort Realty team. He attributes his success in real estate to hard work, ethics, honesty, knowledge and a desire to serve his clients well. Respect for, and individual attention to, all of his clients has created long-term relationships that he truly values.
Bradley A. Goebel
Brad specializes in Horseshoe Bay properties as well as South Texas ranch and land development investments.
Brad is a graduate of Baylor University, where he was captain and starting quarterback for the Baylor Bears from 1987-1991. He enjoyed a five year career in the National Football League playing for a number of top teams, including the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Redskins. Brad is very active in promoting healthy activities for children, including hosting the Brad Goebel Football Camp each summer, and is on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of the Highland Lakes.
Brad makes his home in Horseshoe Bay, and is dedicated to providing professional Real Estate Services with an emphasis on personalized customer service.
Ray Hogan
Ray’s specialty is distinctive waterfront, golf course and hill country properties in the Horseshoe Bay area. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and a resident of Horseshoe Bay.
Ray believes firmly that Horseshoe Bay is the best that the Texas Hill Country has to offer in terms of community, lifestyle, golf, tennis, water and proximity to Austin/San Antonio. Ray’s solution-oriented business background complements his ability to assist customers with finding that “perfect” home or home site. Rick Joppie
Rick earned a BS in Marketing at Ferris State University and has completed numerous additional courses in Real Estate, management, sales and marketing from institutions such as Champions Real Estate School, the Wharton School of Business and other independent programs. Rick is a licensed Realtor ® and an active member of the American Advertising Association, the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the Highland Lakes Board of Realtors.
Service before, during and after the sale has become Rick’s trademark. Finding the right property at the right price or making sure your property is staged and priced correctly to sell, are the most important goals when working with his clients.
Shirley Kaye
Shirley Kaye brings over 20 years of extensive experience in sales, customer service, business development and project management to Horseshoe Bay Resort Realty.
Following extraordinary success in Horseshoe Bay Resort’s Membership Department, she was promoted to Membership Director in May of 2005. This position allowed her to become extremely familiar with the amazing lifestyle Horseshoe Bay has to offer.
Shirley has become an expert and specialist in multi-family waterfront condominiums and single family homes. She offers great dedication to all of her listing clients as well as those searching for that ideal property.
Linda Klepper
Linda is a 3rd generation Realtor and a native of the Texas Hill Country. She has been enjoying Horseshoe Bay since it was first developed. Linda has been selling Horseshoe Bay property for the last 11 years, during which time she specialized in ranch sales. She developed an exceptionally strong referral business by giving her clients ultimate service. A multi-million dollar producer, Linda always puts her clients first and is always available to them. Linda’s goals are to find her clients the ideal property and follow through from start to finish.
Kay A. Lowe
Kay grew up in Del Rio, Texas, daughter of a five-generation ranching family that is still in ranching today. She moved to Houston after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin and obtained her Broker’s license in 1979.
Kay specializes in waterfront properties and works closely with her clients, giving special attention to every facet of their transactions, whether buyer or seller.

Kim Parten
Kim graduated with a BS in Business from the University of Kansas. While living in Houston for the first 13 years of her career, Kim learned the marketing business from the ground up, working for Pennzoil Products Company.

David Poelzl
A native Texan, David played collegiate tennis at Galveston Junior College before attending Texas A&M University. He has over ten years' experience in customer service as a tennis professional at country clubs in Arlington, Dallas and at Kapalua in Maui, and as a restaurant owner/operator in Maui.
Because of his extensive background working with the public for 25 years, David believes positive customer service and attention to detail are the keys to success. His philosophy includes dedication, hard work and commitment to developing ethical, honest business relationships. Ginny Rhodes
As an alumnus of Memorial High School in Houston, the University of Oklahoma and Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority, Ginny still professes to be a Sooner and Longhorn fan year-round, with the exception of OU/Texas Weekend.
A eleven-year veteran of Horseshoe Bay property sales, Ginny has been involved in real estate and the related fields of commercial development and institutional REO disposition since the early ’80s. Her market savvy and attention to detail make her one of Horseshoe Bay's top producers. She believes the true test of recognizing a great property is seeing it from the course or lakeside, not the street, and that it is just as important to consider the properties for a client's enjoyment now, but also resale in the future.
A multi-million dollar producer for the past 11 years, Ginny is an effective communicator whose integrity and professionalism win accolades with clients and co-workers alike. Dedicated to her business, HSB Women's Golf Association and her social contacts, Ginny's insight into and network in the area are invaluable.
Elaine Roberts
Elaine has been a part of Horseshoe Bay life for the past 20-plus years. In 1999, she made HSB her permanent address.
Elaine has a BA from West Texas A&M University and lived in Amarillo, Texas for 30 years prior to moving to HSB. A multi million dollar producer for the past 5 years, she has earned numerous awards and accolades.
As a member of The Board of Directors for Highland Lakes Association of Realtors, Elaine serves as TREPAC Chairman. She is a member of The Church at Horseshoe Bay and a non-resident, sustaining member of The Amarillo Junior League. Elaine says that helping people discover Horseshoe Bay and finding them just the right place to call home is not work, it's a privilege.
